Ken Burns Effect

The (In)Complete Plan is set within an irregularly shaped site in the growing region of Punvel and seeks to bring coherence to complexity through a design language that is both structured and adaptive. Embracing the site’s natural irregularities rather than correcting them, the project introduces a system of concentric circles to unify the layout—offering a rhythmic, balanced spatial order while allowing for flexibility and future growth.

Rooted in the concept of (in)completeness, the plan is envisioned as a living framework: one that evolves over time, supports layered movement, and connects key areas of residential, commercial, and public space through a network of streets and paths that encourage exploration and foster a strong sense of place.
